e-mail help: You decided to block e-mail from me to my son. - Help.com

You decided to block e-mail from me to my son.

I think you owe me an explanation for why you decided to do that.
Email from (me) (email removed) to (son) (email removed) was rejected, with “554 Message not allowed - UP Email not accepted for policy reasons” given as the reason. However, unless you tell me what the policy reason is, this is no excuse. The e-mail has never been rejected before.

Are you looking for answers about problems with your AOL service?

I’d like to recommend that you ask AOL directly since they are best suited to help you.

For AOL support, you can visit the AOL support site or even call them at an AOL toll free number.

What are you talking about? Help.com is not a mail server, it has no propriatary e-mail service, and it has no ability to block anyone’s e-mail. What service are you using?
