I used to be too. Then I took a couple of long breaks (about a month each time) and now everything has changed…lol. But I am back now, just limiting my time here.

Just don’t turn on the computer for like a week. Find other things to do until you can come back and not stay on so long.

I don’t think it is possible for them to deactivate an account for a certain period of time. It’s all or nothing…lol
