Does anyone really know what this means. I now have five.

No I do not know what the medical term for the bumps are and every time I try to look up ’stress bump relief’ it never comes up right. I don’t understand. But thanks for your help anyway.

Fibromyalgia is the word i was previously looking for. I had other symptoms to related to this. I tried sports massage and various gels etc to no avail. In the end i had a combination of accupuncture, physio and hot and cold compresses. The GP also advises you to take a form of antidepressent to calm the nerves down over night but i didnt go down this route. It does go when you are less stressed but i had them for months. It was in my back, shoulders, head and top of arms. Look up fibromyalgia and look at the different ways of getting rid as each person is different and so reacts to different things.

So yesterday i was taking a shower and rubbing the shampoo through my hair and i found two lumps or bumps on my head it was super painfull and i called the doctor to see if i could set up an appointment because i thought they were cancer or tumors of something i wasnt sure but then i went to work today and my friend nicole said they are stress bumps and you need to pop them. im not sure if that is true or not.

no, u dont pop them as you cant. I would get them checked out anyway as they could be cysts or whatever or infected hair follicles. As with normal massages they reckon the less stressed you are, the more that sort of kneeding them relaxes them out or something like that. I did a variety of things but they were incredibly painful and the worst were by my neck but im not sure what i would do if they were in my hairline. Defo see the Dr just to set your mind at rest but dont pop them! :)
