Has anyone had any luck with getting loans from various lenders advertised here…

I keep getting the advance loan money or offering to send me money orders… none of them are offering real loans it seems to me… they’re all based in europe and it’s against the law to pay for advance fees or insurance money as all bank loans include those in the loan before you sign… i would like some feed back on this is there is a legitimate company out there please direct me to it as I have now just started to get credit and I’m not giving up my hard earned money to some crooks…

I have my problems with people who say they are lenders, but wont give you proper info. But I am checking out prosper.com.
Even if it had some bad rap, I seem to see a nice concept there. Infact, im actually going to try. If it works I’ll let you know.

I’m trying to get all my verification done so I can try and get a loan through them also… I’ve heard great things about the loans through them… al least they are honest… I joined the ” hard money ” group…awesome leader and very helpful.. they have had great success in August getting funding for several people… he has some postings here you could give him a shout out… good luck… if anyone is interested I can tell you about several lenders here who say they’ll help and ask for up front fees and ” insurance fees” and then you wire them the money… stay far far away from them… they’ll eat better than you will…

TO: ALL IN THIS POST

Yes! you got it right make sure that thy identify and show legit credentials.

I am a lender too based in USA and I’ll be happy to consider/review your loan scenarios.

As you know any credit/loans here in American have to check your FICO score. That is O.K.!

I need to check your score too but we can do it afterwards. Feel free to send me an email thorugh my site (quidquo-realty-mortgage) (www/com) of course! or call me at 831.707.5874

I am available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM everyday if I do not answer please leave me a message and I’ll get back to you ASAP!

Take care and God bless!

Luis
