I don’t think it is bad that you don’t go to church. Spirituality is a very personal thing. It is between you and your creator.

In my opinion, no.

Just because you believe in someone or something and follow that doesn’t mean you have to go surround yourself with others who supposedly do the same. Or support them financially.

I agree spirituality is a personal thing but it doesn’t hurt to go to church where others can help your spirituality grow if you could find a church your comfortable with. check mormon.org

Some people benefit from going to church and some people don’t. I think it is fine to go to church if you want to. I hate looking around at church and seeing people that seem to be miserable being there but are just there because they “should” go to church. It never says you will burn in hell for not going to church or anything. Find what benefits you spiritually and stick with that.

I personally think that going to church is something that should feel right to the person. I love my church to bits, and I love everyone there, but I don’t get the same happy lovey feeling when I go to other churches.
It should be personal to you. You could try a few churches, and you may find one that you love. But if you don’t then that is no problem. You shouldn’t try to force yourself to love something (like a church) because you may end up disliking it even more.

I actually had the same problem about a year ago. My sister in law kept begging me to go to church and I just did not have the {{WANT}}. One day I was at a birthday party at her house when she asked {{Once Again}} When Are You Going To Go To Church. I got furious and said, when are you going to stop smoking and gambling. It really made me mad. How could she keep bothering me about church when she was far from perfect herself. Later that day I felt really bad for embarrasing her in front of many people and called her to make a bet. I bet her that I would go to church if she would quit smoking. The Bet Was On. I was not going to give her the satisfaction of going to her church, so I went to another church where no one knew me. Long story short, this is where I found JESUS. The presence of GOD was there. I immediately knew that I was in the right place. I have to go on vacation next week and I will probably be having {{CHURCH WITHDRAWALS}}. I actually cannot wait until Wednesday or Sundays to go to church now. Someone who hated the boring place where I learned NOTHING. Even my kids look forward to church every week. I cannot tell you the satisfaction that I get when I walk into my teenagers room and there is Christian Music Playing Everyday and Night instead of pop the kuchi or however you spell it. We have a live band that is the bomb every Sunday. It is REAL WORSHIP !! It is very entertaining. The preacher preaches in jeans. He said that God does not care what you are wearing. He only cares what is in your heart. It is a Nondenomination Church. 90% of the people there were Catholic. They do not care what color your skin is. They do not care how much money you have. I have a feeling that your spirit is trying to push you to go to church, otherwise you would not even be needing help on the subject. If you have to visit 20 churches, KEEP SEARCHING TILL YOU FIND THE RIGHT ONE, EVEN MORE SO IF YOU HAVE KIDS. I will be praying for you to find the right one.

If you believe in the Bible, It says that you should fellowship with other Christians, Hebrews 10:25 says Let us NOT give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another and all the more as you see THE DAY APPROACHING

It also says that you should give to the church.
Malachi 3:8 through 12 says “Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say, ‘How have we robbed Thee?’ In tithes and offerings. “You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, the whole nation of you. “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse,{church} so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the LORD of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven, and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.”Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it may not destroy the fuits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes “says the LORD of hosts. “And all the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land,”says the LORD of host.

The saying is { what you don’t know won’t kill you}
I am here to tell you that it is a lie from the devil
WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW WILL KILL YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY !!!!

So, well . . . what if God was talking about a personal internal communion with him? and a life devoted to loving self and neighbor regardless of whether you are at church or not? what if communing on the internet is ‘coming together’?

I do not believe you need to go to church, nor be a christian to have eternal life and live with God. God would not let so many people down.

God know’s where your heart is at. There is no fooling God. When you’re with God there is no question in your mind of Gods presence.

So, no you don’t have to go to church to be in the love of God. It abounds everywhere, you just have to be aware of it, tuned into it.

Bye now.
