i need help!

i have club pogo and just resently i can’t get any games to load up. an error always happens. pogo and aol say it is my computer. i tried several things. if you have any suggestions please help. thanks jv

alot of times that is why mine won’t load and if you turn it off it will load then

I am missing almost 3 million tokens on my computer! I went on my daughters computer and ALL MY TOKENS are on her computer under my screen name in pogo!!!!
