Medicine and crash diets only work for a short amount of time, if any at all, and then as soon as you come off of the diet its easy to put the weight back on. The best way is simple. Eat good healthy food low in fat and watch you calories. Exercise on a regular basis. You don’t have to go to the gym to exercise. Park far away from where you have to go and walk. Do squats while you brush your teeth. Walk in the park. Do yoga. Do anything that you can to get you heart rate up so you will burn fat and calories. Doing this the weight will not just drop off, it will take time to see results, but you will be happier and will notice a difference.

I understand what you’re going through. This kind of thing takes baby steps and doesn’t really need money. You do NOT need to starve yourself, Veggies are the greatest thing on earth and you can eat as much as you want, fruits too. That’s the key, eat green & clean. If you want chicken, you can grill some chicken with sugar snap peas, snow peas, peppers, and onions. YUM! Very healthy too, and you can add some teriyaki sauce on the side for even more flavor.

An easy exercise is to walk. If you want, you can walk in the morning or at night. It doesn’t even need to be far! You can walk down your street a couple of times and then when you’re more comfortable you can walk through your town or something, you can change the time, length, and route! Its very flexible :]

I totally understand your pain and am completely sympathetic to it as I’ve suffered with weight issues my entire life. I’m not sure what you’ve tried, but there is a completely free group called Overeaters Anonymous which may really help. The issue isn’t about not realizing that you should eat less and exercise more, we all know that. What you need is support and help figuring out the core issue of why you overeat and/or eat the wrong things. Check your phone book or Google OA and they will be able to tell you of a group nearest you. Good luck and God bless you. There is a way out and it’s unfortunately never easy, but support and more support is what you need. I have faith that you will get to a point where you can start feeling healthy again. I’m praying for you!
