Richard has not been permanently banned - only temporarily.

He posted someones personal information, a very clear violation of the TOS, and I cannot remove it over the weekend. As soon as the information is deleted, his account will be fully reinstated. Richard’s posts and replies are exceptionally helpful and we look forward to his return.
