Because you refuse to see that care. Because you do not love yourself, and therefore can’t see or feel their care. Because you probably wallow to much to let anyone see you. Because you are depressed, and don’t see anything but self pity or pain. Because you haven’t tried to care for anyone in particular, so, even if you mean something to them, you might not feel care for them.
