How do I open a dispute on ebay if it’s been 60 days after the transaction?

I bought a hoover off ebay for about $180 and after 2 weeks it hadn’t arrived. So I called the seller who said he had sent it only recently. I waited some more, 2 weeks later I called again and he said it was returned to him. Turns out he forgot to write my house number on the package! I told him to send it again and it still hasn’t arrived! I have been trying to call him for the past few days but he has been avoiding my calls. I cannot open a dispute on ebay as 60 days have passed, is there anything i can do to get my money back?

Have you tried a paypal dispute?

Did you pay by paypal funded by credit card? …you can ask your credit card customer services to help.

I don’t think you have to wait 60 days check all the links you can lodge an item not recived

You can also pull up sellers address details and file a small claims court action against them (after writitng to them telling them that is your intention.

you could also just write directly to admin on ebay, or ask them question on their online chat. or cancel you transaction tru Paypal.
