I have AOL 9.0 VR, since this was installed I have

nothing but trouble (freezing, can’t get online without trying 4 or 5 times, etc.) can anyone help me with this problem? I am using Broadband.

go to http://discover.aol.com/downloads/ and reinstall aol again with the latest versions.
