Approximate flight fares?

Just wondering, but how much would a flight from where you guys are to Sydney, Australia set you back? I was looking for air fares about a month ago, Sydney to San Francisco, and it was going to set me back around $1800. But now, the prices have increased by over $1000. I find that a little odd..

It’s summer time gas has gone up more people are traveling. It’s simple economics of supply and demand. I never pay full price for tickets unless it is an emergency and I have to be somewhere right away.

It was $1200 dollars last time I checked but that was this last winter ~smiles~.

Ack! That’s -way- cheaper, I really don’t want to shell out three grand for some tickets!

The earlier you buy a ticket the cheaper it will be, usually. It also depends on what airline you use. (I’ve never flown internationally so I don’t know how many choices you would have)

If you contact any airline or travel agency they also should be able to tell you the best time to travel, summer season is peak time, so you’re bound to pay more now.
