sometimes when i download music off a site, it kicks it back because of a firewall.

is there anyone that can tell me how to remove this firewall, without damage to my program?

You don’t want to turn off your firewall. Adjust the security settings on your firewall so that it allows whatever application you’re using to download music.

exactaly, i think you have to open a few ports. the prog should tell you the ports to open, and then just open your firewall program or if you use the windows one, open security settings and open the ports

Downloading music from the internet is the 1# way people get viruses… maybe the firewalls just doing its job?

If its sumwhere like napster or itunes when basic changing of the settings should be fine.
