Global warming has nothing much to do with
our climate change.
Its just a big scare from the leading governments
to make us cut down on “emissions” and buy/support
there products.
There has been a very expensive war recently…

No becuz its the sun, not the earth thats warming up and its a normal cycle thats happening. but humans areusong too much energy for their own good! Did you know that the people in Arizona dont insulate their houses because it rarely gets coldd there? well, when they out on the air conditioning, it goes out because of the lack of insulatiopn. if they insulated their houses, then it wouldnt be a problem, and we would be using a lot less carbon dioxide /relasing a lot less. people domnt think!

Yes, I worry about it. I believe it to be quite true because the FACTS I’ve been presented about it make perfect sense within my understanding of science. None of the dissenting OPINIONS (or PROPAGANDA) I’ve heard so far have been based in science or any kind of verifiable fact. Therefore, until I hear any FACTS that change my mind, I will continue to be concerned.
Regardless of whether one believes in it or not, there is really no reason not to advance as a race by coming up with better, less harmful ways to do things. Staying mired in the old ways just because that’s what we’re used to is just stupid and short-sighted. There are a LOT of people who stand to profit by insisting we stick with the old ways, and those are the exact people who are putting out propaganda that undermines the work of real scientists.

Earth goes through cycles of warming and cooling totally on it’s own. There is no proof that the current warming trend is do to human activity. However working on ways to reduce energy consumption and reduce pollution in our air and water is smart. But we shouldnt be banned from buying wasteful crap just because someone has a bug up their but about man vs nature.

That’s bogus information. Yes, the planet has always gone through cycles of warming and cooling. But scientists have measured the cycles it has gone through, and NONE of the peaks or valleys in that natural cycle have come anywhere NEAR the extremes that our climate has reached since we started belching so much pollution into the air. A graph of our climate and a graph of carbon dioxide levels look almost exactly the same…which shows a direct correlation. No, that alone does not prove causality, but it sure is a HUGE coincidence. And scientists are pretty convinced. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change concluded “most of the observed increase in globally averaged temperatures since the mid-20th century is very likely due to the observed increase in anthropogenic greenhouse gas concentrations, which leads to warming of the surface and lower atmosphere by increasing the greenhouse effect.”

These basic conclusions have been endorsed by at least 30 scientific societies and academies of science, including all of the national academies of science of the major industrialized countries.

The American Association of PETROLEUM Geologists is the only “scientific” society that officially rejects these conclusions…and even that group admits that a “significant number” of its members and perspective members actually DO believe global warming is for real.

Petroleum geologists…..I can’t stop laughing about that one….

Hell yes I’m worried! And we don’t have to worry about it happening tomorrow or next week, because it’s been happening for years! And even if it ISN’T happening, why shouldn’t we be doing something about it? What would it hurt to clean up the planet?

We should be concerned about the ramifications of global warming as it continues to be an issue into the future. I’m pro live for the moment, but there are some things that we have to look into the future to correct, as we learn from the mistakes of the past. With something like global warming we can’t afford to live for the moment anymore, but we have to act at this moment, or we will not secure our future.
