Are you looking for answers about problems with your AOL service?

I’d like to recommend that you ask AOL directly since they are best suited to help you.

For AOL support, you can visit the AOL support site or even call them at an AOL toll free number.

It is not AOL if anytghing they would call you if there is any issues regarding your account. I have had AOL for over 6 years and I have never been asked for my password. My advice call AOL or send an email to their customer services informinh them of the IM and if you have a copy of the interaction send that too.

Dont give them your password cause its a good chance their scammers!
If you become worried, give them a call instead or notify the staff.

Their probably scammers cause they are trying to make rush you into feeling like something terrible has gone. Tell them F*** You cause I mean why would AOL treat atheir valuable customers that way? Notify AOL staff imediatelly if this problem persists. =)

If thats how AOL is going to treat their customers I say screw them and switch to another internet company.

Block the Screen Names being used to send you IMs.
