Hello my name is candice.in need of help

I am 18 years of age.tring to further my education.i finally got on my own to feet.i got my own apartment and am on my own.i was a victome of identity theft some one got ahold of my bank account number and took every thing i have. the bank said it would be a few months for theme to investigate and give me my money back.i am on the verg of eviction.all the while tring to take care of my elderly mother whom is very sick.so i am asking for some help any thing is will be of assisance thank you and god bless everyone.
