I am extremly over weight, It is so hard to get off the couch and turning in the bed.

I have legs that hurt and stretch marks that are seriously painful. My husband an I are 53 yrs old. We would ski, walk, run , bike ride. We are in a bad way painful. We are not caring to much about life. We are coverd by insurence but don’t know who to go to. Iam having a very hard time functioning with my, home, bills,work,family.

some people dont realize you may want to do all these things but stil lcant bring yourself to…sounds to me like your depressed… been there (still there)

first, i lost a lot of weight by changing what i ate

when you go to the grocery store, get lots of letttuce, fruits, and veggies
get meats and protein
even though peanut butter is protein, try not to eat too much of it
DONT get ANY sweets, salty foods, or things like bacon

try not to sit in front of the computer or tv or anything else like that for more than an hour at a time
watch tv for an hour, then go just walk sround the house for like 15 mins, then, dont go bak for another 15 mins

try to get an easy excersize devise or video that u can do every other day

thats what i did when i was overweight

now im thin/musclar, but i still have stretch marks that will never go away

u can have sweets every once in a while but try to keep carbs and calories low

also, when u eat, try to get smaller portions of food

(example: i used to always get a burrito from rubio’s and now i get 1 taco with no chips or rice and beans)

I am 13…i know so much about this, because i have been fighting weight all of my life

I have an extremely low matabalism..if i have a, lets say candy bar, i will gain a pound the next day

right now i am still fighting my weight

i am 5′7 and about 148 pounds

yeah think about changing your eating habits to start with,go to your local health center see a nurse or doctor to give you advise on diet ect.if you feel you cant go the maybe arange for them to come to you,look up on the internet about healthy eating there are loads of sites you can get information from,then try to get out and do some exercise gently walking to staRT with until you can build up more

Hi im 5 feet tall 13 years old and way 108 pounds in t shirts i dont look fat but when i go swimming i do look a little fat.I play soccer for hours every day im real good at it
