Can someone please tell me how to get AOL”s internet access controls off?

I tried to use add and remove programs but it keeps telling me it can’t be uninstalled because they can’t get aproval from thr master screen name,I am the master screen name.THANKS

go to http://discover.aol.com/downloads/ and reinstall aol again with the latest versions.
