neku, you are almost right. A lot depends on “WHO”’s email client you are using. Chance are it is “Microsoft Outlook Express”. The instructions are as follows:
Instructions and conventions are as follows; If the instruction has quotes(”), in the instruction type in or find the exact item in the line.

1. Open your Windows Explorer.

2. Find the “windows” folder.

3. After you find “windows” find “Application Data”.

4. Next find, “Identities” folder.

5. Find a series of numbers and letters type of folder XXXxxxxXXXXXXxxxXXXXXxxxxxxxX.

6. Find “Microsoft” folder

7. The final, “Outlook Express”

In there you will find different .dbx files, in all probabilities with the name of the different persons using the Outlook Express. These are the files you want to transfer to your different computer. But be careful because .dbx files of the same name will over write the other same named .dbx files. What might be a safer route would be to;
A. back up were you are going to transfer .dbx files in a different folder, say maybe call the folder “Temp dbx” then copy the same .dbx file in the folder. The name on the new copy will say, “copy of Exaple.dbx”. Then transfer this copy to the above folder found in windows.

B. What should happen is a new folder should show up in your Outlook Express. When you open up the new mail box, just highlight those mailings you want to transfer. Highlight, drag and drop into the appropriate folder/mailbox that you wanted to add the transferred mail. What should happen is that the transferred mailings should append to the end of the old mail.
