How can I delete multiple favorites instead of having to delete them one at a time?

click on one and hold down the shift key as you click on others… that should highlite all the ones you want to delete, then right click on your mouse and click on delete!

You’re talking about favourite websites in Internet Explorer I presume. It pays to be specific when you ask a question.

The above method mentioned by prttytrish does not work for me, so I’ll assume it does not work for you either.

Goto C:\Windows\favourites
You will see them all there, select the ones you want deleted and delte them.

Why sorry? If the method you described works for you it was a valid answer, it may be they have upgraded this as a feature of IE7 from IE6 (which is what I use).

You will see them all there, select the ones you want deleted and delte them

Total bullshit. does not work, not such folder.

On XP go to
C:\Documents and Settings\########\favourites
stick whatever account youre using in the #####’es and delete away

search files and folders for favorites and find the ones you want to delete.

Hey there,

Just go to documents on the start menu or type favorites into the start menu search bar, then just highlight the ones that you want to delete. DA DAAAHH!!
