this is one of my favorites

There was an air about her. When she walked in the room you knew it, you felt it. Chills ran up your spine and raised the hairs on your legs. She didn’t talk, and didn’t need to. All you wanted to know about her you could see in her eyes. They were dark, soulful, and unlike the rest of her they had vulnerability about them. She was tall and graceful; her heartbeat matched the rhythm of her feet as she crossed the room, slowly growing closer to you. Her face and skin was so pale and fragile one might almost fear it would melt away with the snow. Long, black curls fell perfectly in place around her elegant face, and lips of blood red stood out among her pale lifeless skin. There is no blemish upon her, even her figure was envied by every woman in the room. She wears a black, lace, Sleeveless shirt that pulls down into a v that teases of what lays beneath the soft sheer fabric. Her skirt is the color of the night sky and meets only the middle of her thigh where not but three inches lower black leather boots finish the ensemble. Her legs are long, and, of what shows, the color of death. Around her neck is a black velvet ribbon, upon it a dead rose, encased in a small glass circle. She meets your eyes now, hers burning into your soul, reading it, judging it. Then without another glance, or even one word from her rose lips she leaves. From that moment you know, you will never forget her, and that some how in that instant you shared you fell in love with her. How, doesn’t matter. You will never see her again, but you spend the rest of you life looking for her.
