Update Logs: “Search”

- Big Search Updates:
- - Search posts, replies, or both at once.
- - Search by username (wildcard * works too)
- - Boolean Searching — See the FAQ entry about this option

- Fixed invite history log to show when a user has invited others.

- Anon posters are now hidden when they edit their post, edit the post tags, and close or open the post. If the poster (who is anon) invites people, that will not be shielded. This protection should be retroactive.

Yes. I strip out any * characters before a real letter because they cause table scans (skip indexes) which can hurt site performance really badly.
