Does anyone have Insomnia or Sleep Apnea?

I have had trouble sleeping ever since I was about 5. I did an online test to see if I have a sleep problem and it says I might have Insomnia and Sleep Apnea.
If so can you tell me the symptoms Thanks

I didn’y have insomnia till i found this site : )

My father in law as sleep apnea, he has to have a machine at night to help him breath properly as if he didn’t he could stop breathing, not long but long enough to disturb his sleep and then it leaves him tired all the time.
Go to your docs if you are worried and you could get help

I get insomnia certian times of the year. For me it’s having a hard time falling asleep and a hard time staying asleep if there is any sleep at all. It most happens for me when the weather changes.
My best friend has sleep apnea. As with LazyDaze father in law she has a machine to help her breathing while sleeping. The symptomes she went through were not being able to stay sleeping and tired all day. She has to go to a sleep clinc for testing. They hook you up to these machines that monitor breathing, heart rate, brain waves, and so on while you sleep.

I have sleep apena, and I use a c-pap at night to help me keep breathing. I didn’t know I had sleep apena until I talked to my doctor about always being tired. I had a sleep study done and what a world of difference it has made. If I were you I would go to my doctor and get a sleep study done.
