Usually if i can’t sleep it is because i worry about things so i suppose i just lay there until my worries are taken over by dreams.

i cant get on help.com at home which is probably a good thing as i would be on it all night whether i was tired or not!

How about reading a good book…or traipsing round fields asking the sheep that are awake what they are counting lol!
