I’m a bit concerned about my eating habits.
I’m now usually hungry between meals, but I don’t eat, telling myself just to wait for the next meal, but then I don’t feel hungry when I see food.
When I do eat, I more often than not just throw it back up.
It’s starting to worry me :(

Eat between meals!!!
Eat small meals 5-6 times a day instead of trying to eat only three and cramming all that food into your belly. It’s better for you anyway, and it will KILL those cravings you are having.
I agree, It’s better to eat a lot of small meals than the traditional three large ones.
hmmm are you going to tha toilet okay? becuase i felt like that once and it turns out i was constipated? make sure your going to tha loo regually and i agree with the above 2^^^ more small meals are betta than big ones xx

num num yum yum!
food goes to the stum stum
Hehe :)
I’ve noticed it’s more breakfast and lunch that make me sick, so I haven’t been eating em lately, and dinner just kinda ruins my apetite.
I’m basically screwed, haha, but I’ve been eating supper as often as possible :)
I’m going to a graduation today, so I’ll probably be forced into lunch, then a car ride home. Wonderful, eh? Grrr, and I have to dress up!! I don’t like my cousin that much >
No, it’s anything I eat. Today I was unable to eat at all due to my stomach and chest burning like mad, it hurt a LOT to try and eat anything.
I took a Rolaid when I got home, it’s helped with the burning, but I’m still not willing to eat :(
GO TO THE DOCTOR!
I think I will, it’s only getting worse. I had one biscuit this morning, and a little water, and I’m still throwing up :’(
So yeah, I’m pretty sure I’m going to go to a doctor.
Hey honey, I haven’t talked to you in a while. I have been out of town, then very busy. But this worries me.
I agree very much with Courtney and others, SEE A DOC!!!
Hugs!
Just learn to recognize if you are ACTUALLY hungry, and if so, eat. Appetite is affected by lots of other factors, like when you’re SUPPOSED to eat, what everyone else is eating, smell, etc. So just listen to your body and you’ll be golden. Good luck!
This condition is medically called Insolitus Esito and is quite common. I understand your concern and how it is difficult to know what is causing your pain and odd eating hsbits.
Have you been doing this for a while? Do you purposly throw up or does it just happen? I myself have been dealing with an eating dissorder (anorexia) since I was 12. But it doesn’t sound like you have something like that.
Like everyone said. It’s better to eat more small meals than 3 big meals. Maybe try it out. See a doctor, tell him about it. Your best bet would be to tell your parents and or go see a doctor.
have you seen a doctor about your condition? how long has it been going on for? i’ve never heard about your symptoms or experienced them but i think it would be better if you asked ur parents for advice and saw a medical professional
no matter what…you need to get yourself to eat!!!! its tearing you up n thats not healthy. if not, mayb go to the doc to explain whats happening.
