Hi my name is tonia dee stacey,

I need help with my power bill i am disabled and i have cancer i live on a little money a mounth ,
I do not have any one to help me so this is way i am donig this 241.00 and i need help .
I am gonig thought cancer and chemo at this time so if any one can help me befor my power gets ,

have you applyed for SSI or talked with any of the local churches, salvation army, united way they will help in times like this
