“rar” files are compressed using a program called “WinRAR”, which is like winzip but better :D

yeah….trent…but my problem is…i have this iso file….which is a cracked powerdvd..but its in its iso file…can u tell how to make it to a rar file or a zip file….

yes, go to that website and download WinRAR - that’s the program you use to compress ANY file into a *.rar file

but that’s a good question… why do you want to compress it?

Do you want to compress it or open it? To open it I would say Daemon Tools, to compress it, I would say WinRAR.

ive look thru the net and i cant find any single program that directly converts an iso file to a rar file…
i just wanna compress it to save some space..thats all

I suspect you may actually want to extract the ISO contents first and then turn them into a RAR file. Maybe one of the RAR extractors can help you.

Post a reply: I’am Abdulkarim from Kampala Uganda, who **** tied of loosing data every now and then, and I had wished to save it [my data] in ISO file format which is quite okay but is there anyway anyhow I can convert these [saved ISO Files] to Rar Files?
