How about none. . .if ya drink don’t drive. . .simple as that. . .my good friend was paralyzed from the waist down by a drunk driver that only had “2 drinks”. . . if you need to go somewhere after ya drink then have a sober friend drive ya or call a cab. . . or don’t go anywhere till you are sober. . .

Yes… don’t drive with drink in you. I have a friend who unfortunately ended up in jail overnight because he had a couple of beers at a friend’s and left shortly after drinking.

This guy did better walking I think :))…

in France its 0.05 and they are talking of putting at 0.02 or 0.00 !

Wow …that doesn’t speak so well for the states! Hmm. I have driven behind a drunk driver before and that is no small deal - quite scary. It was a black van going up my road. He or she would slow down, speed up, slow down and then would swerve in and out of the lane and at one point nearly missed an oncoming car. I thought at first it was some teenagers playing stupid games, but from the back I could see there was a single person driving and nobody in the passenger seat. I pulled over and had to phone the police. That person could have taken someone’s life had the police not followed up on it.

I say don’t drive at all if you’ve had anything to drink. It’s just not worth the risk.
