not at first but you get used to them after a while. it depends on your body type.I no longer wear them but they were fine when I was younger

I only wear them if I know someone will be taking them off me shortly there after, LOL, but there are some that feel more comfortable than others so I suggest just trying different models until finding the ones you can bear for longer than a couple of minutes.
