Day help: I have a problem. - Help.com

I have a problem.

I get disconnected 3 or 4 times every evening. Some days it is worse than that. I have an ebay account and there are times I get disconnected before I can list one item. I have dial up with Windstream which is no better than Alltel. Please advise what I might do to help this problem. Thanks, Ginger

Try using it during odd hours when less people are trying to access in your area. Or switch to DSL.
