Go meet her from her house, take her out for a nice stroll, bring food - you can find a decent place to sit and eat with her almost anywhere, find a grassy spot. perhaps bring a cd player with you & some music she likes to show you listen. offer to carry her things etc. walking is good. be a gentleman (if you are one - dont front on people because it will get you later down the line) :)

have her over yours
bicycle rides together?
any local things to do? museums are often free, or go shopping with her (browsing doesn’t mean buying. it does mean getting a sneaky look at the sort of things she’s into, REMEMBER for future gift ideas, talk about what you look at. have as much fun as you can, make her laugh. if you can stretch to a cup of coffee or tea or juice or something, it will be appreciated)
she probably has a few ideas too, ask her about them
