Those sorts of rumors…I don’t think people just make them up. I don’t know, but I’d suspect they might be true. How do you know they’re not?
some time people looking in see more than the ones that are involed. most of the time people mind there own business so if there people seeing things then concern maybe needed.
even if they sell they will really need to distingquish who’s got the right of way as far as the driveway is concerned. so first things being first, they need to get that cleared up, then if the neighbors are still intolerable then they can sell the place and the new owners would at least know about the terms of the driveway before they purchase it. I would think that there should be some means of the county office that should be able to shed some light on why it’s on both deeds though, that really doesn’t make sense. Somebody probably needs to get a survey of the land, and I would think that the previous owner should have to have the burden of proof for selling property without a clean deed. Then again I maybe full of beans.
tell youre sister and brother in law to go over there place and tell them you are a member of the hells angels and if that does’nt help hire a bulldozer every time this person treys to drive on the drive way start the dozer up and drive towards him….
There are two choices in this situation. 1) You can kill them, although if not done right prison will end up their home. 2) It takes two people to argue, so obviously they are both talking **** to each other and not backing down, so one of them needs to back down before murder happens! I guess there is a 3rd option, although much more expensive and that is move out.
There is nothing the SPCA or anyone else can do without proof. People have lied and said **** about me and CPS came over. I told them if they ever came to my house again it would be the last time they would be able to enjoy life, and they knew I meant it. I have never seen them again!
Another option would be to tail him everyhwere he goes and get some dirt on him ~winks~, but many options are easier and less stressful.
hello XENO DRAGON!
I know it’s true because I lived with my sister for most of my life, I watch her kids, my family is close, no one in our extended family hits their kids, we all have rescued animals (I have 5 shelter dogs myself), we all do volunteer work, and at the end of the day this is about greed. The neighbors have moved twice. When they first moved beside my sister they said they had had trouble with their other neighbors and that’s why they moved (a pattern is emerging). I’m not saying anyone is perfect, but the lies are frightening. It’s not like they are saying my sisters house is dirty or that they never mow their lawn. These accusations are absolutely made up and extreme….and it’s just scary that someone can make up stuff like this. I dont have any doubt about my familys innocence on the charges. I’m looking for advice on how to handle the situation. It’s my belief that the neighbors are trying to start a fight that will result in my brother in law stepping on thier property. If he does, they could get a restraining order and there goes the drive way. If this woman really thought my sister beat her kids she’d call child services instead of telling all the other neighbors. It’s just so ugly it makes me depressed.

Ha! Good one. I think that would really get all of us in big trouble…but a girl can daydream!

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s good to hear others have had trouble and made it though with a sense of humor. Thankyou.
Hm. I have no attachment to this situation, and I don’t know these people, but I’ve never heard of anyone making up such serious accusations. Either they’re true, they’re exaggerated truth, or the entire community has a vendetta against your family members. This last option would mean that they’ve been busy making everyone in the neighborhood into enemies by doing something else. Rumors like that aren’t a light affair, and no one would believe them if the people they’re about were as good as you describe them to be. The bottom line is that someone is lying, and it’s looking like it’s your family. I don’t mean to attack or anything, that’s just how it looks from here.

This is a good idea. I’ll look into it. Thanks!
Like I said then they need proof! Animal cops can’t and won’t do anything without hard evidence. They might talk to you like your a liar, but all cops are trained to act that way ~snickers~.
I wouldn’t give a **** what the neighbors think because acions will speak louder than words, if someone was telling the neighbors **** about me. I would personally kick his *** and end up jail, but what should be done is be extra nice to the neighbors. Invite them over for dinner, make them some cookies, ask if they need any help around the house. Actions speak louder than words over time.
What they need to do is not throw gas on the fire ~smiles~.

We were told this is a civil matter and lawyers had to handle everything. It’s over a year now of solid hell. It really is a shame that you can have all the legal documents and still have to go to court.
Yeah and they wonder why our court systems are so clogged up ~laughs~
OccultPizz –
Great idea. I’ll talk to my sister about killing them with kindness.

None of the other neighbors have gotten involved. Everyone else is being supportive. Why do you want to believe this? People do make up a ton of stuff for $. God, look at advertising, politics, ect. Anyway, if you don’t believe me about my sister I’d really rather not talk. I didn’t post to put my family on trial…I posted for some advice on what to do and OccultPizz has given me a great answer.
Thanks to all!
Like I said, I’m not trying to attack you or anything. I’m just telling you how it looks from the information you’ve provided. Relax.
Relax? That’s rich. I’m outta here. Please don’t post to me again. Thanks.
Ugh. People ask, but they don’t want to listen. Fine, I’m out. Good luck with this.

My sister and her husband both have had trouble with the law in the past. I’m not sure of the legal terms but he definitely has had a DUI and they both had to go to anger management for fighting with each other. There’s a reason I’m telling you this…so bear with me. Over the last year or two they’ve started to clean up their acts. In the meantime they get a new neighbor who wont allow them to use the drive way. It’s shared driveway and it’s in both deeds so it should be a no brainer but they had to get a lawyer and sue. Things are getting ugly and the neighbors are starting to spread nasty rumors about them (like they beat their kids). The neighbors also called the SPCA and said my sister allowed her son to put their pets in a pillow case and throw them off the deck. Meanwhile they are stalling on the driveway case and have changed lawyers at least once. Any advice would be appreciated. I’m afraid they might have to move.
