anyone know how to fix this?

??
a friend of mine created a website and i have been helping her. now i cant open the website or the root or main website.
the error message reads:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Host ‘localhost’ is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with ‘mysqladmin flush-hosts’ in /usr/local/www/data/config/multiforums.config.inc.php on line 10
Unable to connect to database on ‘127.0.0.3′ with user ‘phpbb2′
Please check your settings in multiforums.config.inc.php!

anyone know how to fix this?

Whoever is hosting your forums, site, etc. is dropping the ball. You need to call their technical support. If it is your server and everything is owned and operated by you then you need to go to line 10 and delete any hosts, or you could just wait for it to reset depending on your server reset times.

I forgot to tell you the site is down. It is nothing on your end unless you are the owner/operator.

I opened it for her.but i tryed to go to the main host and it wont let me in there so i guess its them… thanks. but if it is me then how do i go to line 10 or what not and what is it talking about?

It’s not you. That is information of IT personal that works on the server. It makes it confusing when anyone gets it, but they need to see what you see, so that is why they do it that way.

I am sure you service will be up soon, and if this happen regularly you will need to switch your hosting service ~smiles~.
