I need some web hosting package that will enable mr to split it into different projects and give each project there own login so they cannot access others projects. please let me know of anyone that offers this service.

Are you going to do this professionally? If you use a rent-A-Host (a paid for host) you can create what is called sub domains, then because the host usually has packages that can secure each individual subdomian sires. One of the best (and cheapest hosts can be found at this site:
