You did not uninstall it through McAfee uninsatll package now did you? One possible solution is to tempararly re-install McAfee package then uninstall it maybe that will clear it up.

If that doesn’t work, theres the dangerous process of hunting it down in your registry. Back up registry FIRST though. If your not familiar don’t even go there. You can destroy your system permanently if your not careful. I’ve had to go that route before to remove spyware & other unwanted crap, and it worked great. I knew what I was doing though. I like that fixit site that neku gave. Didnt go into to much but that would be my first choice.

I none of that works you could always go to McAfee support!
