Why do you make it so difficult to check what I am paying for?
I am not arguing, I just want to know what you are charging 14.95 for.

I think you got the wrong place for that, you need to get in touch with hotmail directly, this is a help site for information guide and emotional support etc and the advice given here should not be taken as fact as sometimes we can get it wrong
