Hi I need so much help that I dont know where to begin , I am 45 years old and was fired from a job of 20 years.

Then I ended having to go to court and was charged with embezelment I am still going to court.I dont want to get in detail about what happened,But you need to know that all my life i put other people first in my life and i found out that the people who you think are your friend, really are not I have 4 children the youngest is 6.My husband work is very slow right now,And all i want to do is to find a job,But because of being fired and i may even end up with a criminal record, who would want to ever hire me.I am so depressed that I feel that i just cannot go on.Can anyone give me some advise on being able to work again…

What does your lawyer say? As of now you don’t have a criminal record so I don’t know if you are in any way required to tell an interviewer about any of this.

My advise would to get another job and just keep working through it. If you do at some point have this put on a criminal record again. Ask your lawyer just how much needs to be disclosed and what your rights are.

if you didnt do it than fight like a wild animal traped in a cage. it will not just go away. first get the charges dropped and your name cleared. and get with your lawyer plus if wrongly accused you can make the company pay for expanise and hardship they caused by being with out work and the charges. againtalk to your lawyer. well hope this helps

yeah, I definately like the animal in a cage response if you are not guilty, you may need to think about switching careers. Good Luck to you & your family.
