Everybody is really bugging me my ex keeps on popping in my head and i can’t get him out.

I feel like everybody is out to get me and i want it to stop why wont it. I miss my ex so much he was always making me laugh and he was always there for me. What do i do??

why do u think people are out to get you?
do u spend a lot of time indoors and not go out much? staying in being inactive can have that affect.

No its just tis like everyone hates me and it sucks. And it is hard because because everytime i go to the market right bymy house he is always there.
