I bought a new exercise machine because I am getting
old and fat, so I wanted to change that and go back to my younger years when I worked out all the time ~smiles~.
I get this thing in the mail and it takes me 10 hours to slap it together and then I find out it doesn’t work because the cords got tangled in shipment ~sighs~, so they tell me I gotta take it apart and do all this crap to it, so I did.
It still isn’t working because I got two stripped screws. I am waiting for my buddy to come by with his dremel, drill, and EZ OUT. The company told me I was going to have to take it apart for another 10 hours and send part of it back and wait for it to come back ~laughs~.
My salesman told me there were field repairmen if anything went wrong, so I was lied to about that and gave me software for the wrong machine ~sighse~.
Their customer service sucks *** when it comes to something complicated, as does their methods of solving an issue. So this is a warning! I am sure 95% of peoples machines work great, if and once they get them put together ~chuckles~, but I am telling you it sucks to be one of the 5% ~smiles~
So I was lied to, given inaccurate products, and then kicked to the curb.
All companies are guilty of this to some degree or another, like Microsoft and Sony knowingly puting out substandard, buggy, junk and games to meet deadlines ~sighs~.
I guess if I posed it as a question it would be:
Wouldn’t it be nice if everything was as easy as they make it out to be when trying to sale you something, and how fast it changes once it’s off their premisis and they have money in hand? ~grins~.
