How frequent are your calls? Why do you think this is so?

he lost his one year in engineering.yesterday result was declared. and since today he is not even ready to talk to me. i have cleared my papers and gone ahead of him is that hurting him i simply dont understand

I agree with the Capt. Pride can often put folks in weird moods. Just keep supporting him and he’ll come around.

There must be a reason for this.
How long have you been trying to call him?
He may have been out all day, or busy or got guests over or phone disconnected or phone problems.
Have you had a dissagrement with him?

you most likley just need to explain that you dont like being shut out when he is having prblems with his personal life

Just let him know you’re there for him… he’ll talk to you when he’s ready. Let him do what he needs to do.

How long has it been that he hasnt answered your calls? Because if he isnt away he better have a **** good exscuse.

Do not call him anymore. Let him wonder why you are not calling him. I know it hurts but he’s expecting you to call—don’t give him any satifaction.

Exact point. He knows she keeps calling because she does care. Thats giving him a huge head about it all. If she stops calling, he’ll wonder ‘wow, where the F*** is she? why is SHE calling me, maybe i should call her, no I’m to good to answer or call–I’ll avoid her, but wait why isn’t SHE calling me>????!!!” It’ll drive him insane. If she gives in and keeps calling, he’ll know he can avoid her calls whenever he wants and she’ll keep calling. It’ll give him something to brag about. Don’t give in

Yeh i agree - if u keep calling constantly it will seem quite desperate and to be honest if hes not interested he isnt worth spending so much time worrying over.
