I’ve been trying to install my 360 controller on my computer but it won’t work! I downloaded the package from the internet… my computer detected the controller but the controller just won’t work. PLEASE help me!

Where you got the game from take the receipt and go exchange it for new one take a frustrated dad with you this helps! lol…it is your controller or the ubc do a diagnostics check on that.

Warranty and how long have you had it are important, check receipt expiration date to return item. 30 days is the most or 90…but any way does not matter you should be able to return it or they may have you send it in using your warranty. Call the 1-800 taht is with the game they will help you from there.
