im moving to a different state to be with my gf in

two months and im getting kinda nervous as it is getting closer ive been spending more time with my mom and everyone else since im leaving them all here and i know absolutely noone there except her its kinda nerveracking any advice on what i could do to make it better before or after i get there?

there will be an adjustment period, for sure. in the meantime, keep close contact with your friends and family. eventually you will find your rhythm.

im keepin in contact with them now but i have a feeling that im gonna lose a lot of contact with the people where im at now cuz im gonna be super busy at work and hanging out with her

it is difficult… just do anything you possibly can to maintain contact: email, msn, phone, letters. i know i love getting letters from friends who far away, because they took the time to write it and mail it. for me it makes me feel special and reaffirms my connection to them. perhaps you can do the same thing?

yeah im movin 500 miles away from home but moving closer to where i was born at so im both nervous and excited the other thing is im moving in with her and this is a big step for me as far as relationships goes i would write you elly lol thats a good idea to write people im taking all their phone numbers with me so i can call when i get time

their is nothing to be nervous about. except,( only of course the moving ) every day is a new day. so you have to face the changes that may come your way in life. yeah, it’s kind of nervousing, but you’ll get used to it.as long as you love your girlfiend ( which is obvious since you’re moving in with her )every thing will be o.k!
