TGIT…

I have Wednesdays and Thursdays off, so Tuesday is my Friday. This makes Friday my Monday. I absolutely love my job, but it’s been a bit wacky lately since the play season has started. So…I’m saying thank goodness it’s Tuesday. :)

In celebration, I’m going to show you this fantastic Jim Henson short that I love. This man was such a genius…

Thanks for sharing crestfallen! Jim Henson is truly clever!!! I liked that. So true! The beat of every day life… or some direct or indirect asscoiations with it! :))

There was a part that reminded me that my parents used to have a joke b.s. stamp and ink pad that I liked to play with as I child. You can imagine I went crazy with that. Put it all over books, boxes, and things around the house. :))

I want a b.s. stamp! That would be so awesome.

Yeah, I originally saw this at a rooftop party here at the theatre about a month ago. The Louisville Film Society was showing some shorts and this was among them. I thought it was so ingenius, and he looked so familiar, but it was just so different from anything I’d ever seen from him before that I couldn’t figure out who he was till the credits. I was like “OH!!!” You can even hear the Kermit in his voice when he says “help”.
I was so excited to find it on youtube.
Happy Tuesday indeed…45 more minutes to freedom…

I can totally appreciate it. I love to see another side to Jim Henson. :)) He is a master at what he does with media! Sesame Street appealed to many … including myself. I was a die hard Sesame Street fan until well into my teens and early 20s …I watched it when I babysat too! :))

Hope those 45 go by quickly!!!

Now I wonder what ever happened to that b.s. stamp? It disappeared shortly after making my mark on a few things. :))
