ok i hav a bluetooth phone and i think my computer can file transfer through bluetooth…

how can i connect my phone to the computer? the phone is visible and on, but do i need to add something on to my laptop so i can add some pix on to the phone and vis versa?

i use blue soliel. you would need managent software of some type, and the computer would need to have bluetooth

if you have all this, and a relatively new laptop, or if you just have a new laptop with bluetooth, you might have a bluetooth logo in the system tray… report what you have for me to help anymor

I have friend that has told me that when he had his phone connected via a USB cable. To his operating (Windows) system the phone looked liked an extra drive and had the different folders there (in his case) on his phone, pictures, sound so on so forth. My best guess is if the folders and files can be seen then a person should be able to transfer files, data and pictures back and forth between the phone and computer. Another thing is it should be possible to do a phone back up on the computer. With the proper music/sound formats you could even create your own ring tones.

I should qualify that statement, without additional software. If it can be seen then it can be changed.
