why the **** does every one say “oh find jesus, he will guide you through this”. that is asinine! dont open a bible… honestly, killing your self is not the only option. suicide is just an permanently easy way out. i dont know your story, but you should not do it, life is amazing and you should realize this and live everyday to its fullest

think about what you are asking. do you really want to die, or is it that you just dont want to be in pain anymore? if you are honest with yourself you’ll find that what you really want isnt to die, but to be happy. you just dont know how. so, stop looking for a way to die, look for a solution to your sadness. go to your GP, he will have plenty of solutions that work. you can get through this. i did!

whatever helps. jesus, whatever. Everyones lucky they have a life to live and you should live it up now while you can, take advantage and do something you enjoy. Talk to a doctor, there are alot of great drugs on the market for depression, you may find one you like.

Help me with: after being together from highschool to my senior year of college, my girlfriend broke up with me.

dont take drugs for depression.. they mess you up completely.. they change you brain chemistry and you are never the same… the only real way to get out of it is to find a good friend group who will help you through your tough times.

im sorry bigittie, for some people medication IS necessary. they are meant to change your brain chemistry because depressed people have less of a certain fluid in their brains than others.

Getting a friend is not enough, maybe if u have just a slight tinge of depression!

It helps me so much. Some people, yeah, it wouldn’t help. But me.. it just was a matter of finding the right one. Prozac ****** me up, but the one I’m on now makes me feel normal and it’s great.
