with php and mysql, but all the materials i have arent getting me any wer, i am a newbie to programming though.wat is the best wat to learn how to program.

Well, I don’t know SQL but this site is quite good.

I don’t know **** about SQL myself, but I do know that with most (if not all) programming languages you must set off a fair amunt of time and continue to
read, learn, fail and try
over and over again in order to learn it.
