I was so confident when I was younger…

Im watching a tape of when I was 8 and I was on stage in front of people.. and I even took a lead role in a school play… but somewhere between 8 and… 15 I lost all my confidence.. and I can’t pin point where and why! I want to be that confident 8 year old again! :(

Not really.. I’m early 20s now by the way… Dont have a girlfriend, im too shy to talk to girls.. I never speak up at work.. especially at lunch time.. i hate this :(

It’s just growing up really - but you can work towards a different kind of grown up confidence and it is worth doind and so much different and more satisfying and valuable.

You can observe some adults with that childish confidence and it can look kind of gross on an adult because it usually goes with selfish and immature behaviour.

So work on what you have and go forward and do not look back with negative nostaligia.
