I am trying to leaving on a trip and am running into a few prombles!

My mom bought the greyhound tickit and had it mailed to our house. The promble is that she got the worng date and now the bus compeny is giving us the run around and we cant seam to find the right people to talk to about changing the date. It is super imporent that I get the date changed as soon as we can because I am ment to leave tomarrow. Can anyone help us? Please and thank you.

Call the customer service line again and be persistent. The customer service reps have a limited amount of authority, so be prepared to climb the ladder to someone who can actually do what you need them to do. Be prepared to pay the difference if the new dates have a higher fare, And, be nice. It will help a lot more than you think!

Call the customer service department and tell them you are your lawyer ~chuckles~.

The squeakiet wheel gets the grease.

The problem with greyhound is everyone that works there hates their job and people, so they don’t really have any invested interest in helping you ~sighs~, so you will need to be an ahole probably to get anything accomplished with them.
