Cool Illusion that Alters Your Perception up to a Day

If this is your first time seeing this post, this black and white grid here should be black and white
to you. If you follow the instructions, if you see this post 3 hours later,it will have a colored haze.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Gaze at these colored things for minimum 2 straight minutes. no need to focus on anything. YOU MUST GAZE FOR 2 MINUTES AT LEAST. THAT IS A LONG TIME.

Now, look at this

If you look at the black-and-white grid again, you should notice a green haze around the horizontal lines, and a magenta haze around the vertical lines. The intensity of this effect varies between individuals. If you don’t see this, go gaze at the colored grids for two minutes.

This is not a simple “after-image” burn in effect. You may get up , walk around, and look again at the black and white grid. It should have the colored haze for up to tomorrow, and will most likely last overnight even through your sleep.

its very boring to make it work, but once it does, it actually lasts in some cases for months!

LOL oster….. Actually, so its been about 18 hours since i posted this.

The horizontal lines have a *hint* of green hue, but the vertical has lost its magenta to me. But still, thats pretty persistant to mess up your brain from just a picture ^_*
