well i am 5foot 7

then no, most definitely NOT overweight.

There are loads of ways out there to lose weight and once you get started its the best feeling in the world. Its not easy starting cos you have to be strong for a while but it worth it. I lost 4 stones.

1. If you want to lose weight you got to eat the right things.. Sugar is bad. Read up on Glycemic index diets.
2. Take up a hobby. If you are self concious do something that wont embarress you. Cycling roller blades.. whatever..
3. Have a treat every so often to reward yourself. Set a day for a treat and hold out for it.
